Reduce stress, relieve anxiety, and increase your spiritual awareness with our guided meditation sessions. With a certified practitioner guiding you through the process, meditation will no longer be something daunting and frustrating! Your practitioner will lead you through the journey to a quiet mind and increased overall well-being. This system is incredibly powerful and offers something unique to each participant. Negative energy can be sent to you through the thoughts and actions of others. Often we have the defenses we need to counter act this ill will on our own, but sometimes we need additional support. In this healing, the negative intent being directed toward you is transmuted and sent back to the earth, freeing you if it’s hold. It is recommended to complete this healing in conjunction with an Emotional Cord Cutting.
